The project included a complete interior demolition and rebuild while the store remained fully operational. This complex undertaking required creative and careful planning, phased construction, and close coordination to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the renovation. Exterior improvements included the removal and replacement of the existing brick and plaster façade, modifications to the roofline, installation of large-format Italian stone, and new storefront windows, creating a timeless new look that complements the luxury shopping experience inside.
