Led by owner Kevin Caffey, our team combines hands-on field experience with thoughtful project leadership. Kevin has spent more than two decades managing projects from initial planning and budgeting through final completion, giving clients confidence that every detail is considered before construction begins. His experience spans civil and structural work, commercial construction, healthcare, laboratories, hospitality, retail, restaurants, and custom residential projects, providing a well-rounded perspective that benefits projects of every size.
As a proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a LEED® Accredited Professional (AP), Kevin brings both technical expertise and practical job site knowledge to every project. His background in hard bid, design-build, and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery methods allows Caffey & Sons to tailor the construction process to each client's goals while emphasizing constructibility, value engineering, scheduling, and budget management.
