Led by owner Kevin Caffey, our team combines hands-on field experience with thoughtful project leadership. Kevin has spent more than two decades managing projects from initial planning and budgeting through final completion, giving clients confidence that every detail is considered before construction begins. His experience spans civil and structural work, commercial construction, healthcare, laboratories, hospitality, retail, restaurants, and custom residential projects, providing a well-rounded perspective that benefits projects of every size.
Built on Aggie Tradition
Kevin's connection to Bryan-College Station extends well beyond his work in construction. A proud Texas A&M University graduate, he walked on to the Aggie Football team in 1992 under Coach R.C. Slocum and went on to serve as the 12th Man and a team captain of the undefeated 1994 team. The lessons learned during his time at Texas A&M, leadership, hard work, accountability, and commitment to the team, continue to shape the way Kevin approaches his business and every project Caffey & Sons takes on.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M and is a LEED® Accredited Professional (AP), combining a strong technical foundation with more than 25 years of practical, hands-on construction experience. His expertise spans hard bid, design-build, and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery methods, allowing Caffey & Sons to tailor the construction process to the unique goals, challenges, and priorities of each client.
